Note:

We deliver between 08h00 and 17h00 on working weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

While we will attempt to accommodate delivery time requests, delivery times cannot be scheduled and may vary depending on the driver’s route on the day.

We use courier services to deliver our parcels and are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Should you enter a PO Box address at checkout, we will contact you to provide an alternate address and will cancel your order if you do not provide us with an alternate address within 24 hours of request.

Xconnexion Express: Products are stored in the Xconnexion Warehouse which ensures they are shipped quicker.

Xconnexion Market Place: Products are held in stock with sellers and shipped once received at our Xconnexion warehouse.

Xconnexion Global: Products are shipped from overseas.

 

Main Centres:

Bloemfontein, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Mpumalanga, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane and Kimberly.

Xconnexion Express orders to these main centres will be delivered within 1 – 3 business days.

Click And Collect:

Our Click and Collect service is now available from our Gauteng warehouse.

Customers based in Gauteng may now place your Xconnexion Express order for collection from a dedicated counter at our warehouse within 24 hours of placing your order.

Xconnexion Marketplace items may take up to 2 days longer as we source the product from the seller once you’ve placed your order, but will be available as soon as our warehouse team have processed it.

When placing your order, simply select the Pick Up Station option after capturing your address on the checkout screen. We are currently only able to offer Click and Collect from our Gauteng warehouse in Montague Gardens and will expand this to other main centres in time to come.

Your Click and Collect order will be processed by our warehouse team as normal but we’ll be able to speed up the process after that as we ship the parcel to the Pick Up Station instead of a courier partner who would have then taken care of the delivery to you.

When the parcel reaches the Pick Up Station, you’ll be notified that the parcel is ready for collection.

When arriving at our warehouse, look out for the xconnexion.co.za branding outside the entrance to our Pick Up Station and proceed to the counter for your collection.

Our team will update your parcel once handed over and you’ll be able to request a return immediately in the unlikely event that your purchase is not suitable.

 

Shipping Fees Explained:

Order value: Orders less than R400 will carry an additional R50 shipping fee. If you place a Cash On Delivery order less than R400, you will pay R50 shipping fee and an additional R10 shipping fee. If you place a Cash On Delivery order for R400 and more, you will pay an additional R10 shipping fee.

Orders delivered to Regional areas (outside of main centres) will carry additional shipping fees. Orders less than R400, will carry a shipping fee of R75. Orders more than R400 will carry a shipping fee of R25.

Xconnexion Global: All Xconnexion Global orders are subject to a Customs and International Shipping fee + R50 shipping fee (on orders under R400) per order. Customs and International Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are not included in the Price displayed to you on the Product pages.
